Booking Agreement

For a problem-free transfer please read the information below!

 Making a reservation means that you accept all terms and conditions of AQUA TOURISM. Complaints and refund requests should be emailed to info@aquaturizm.com within 14 days.
 Domestic flights require to check in 1 hour prior and international flights need to check in 2 hours prior to the flight.
 Pick Ups at the airport will be greeted by staff holding a AQUA TOURISM sign.
 To make sure that there are no problems at Pick Up times the contact telephone numbers validity is the responsibility of the customer. AQUA TOURISM cannot be held responsible for any problems which may arise due to inncorrect telephone numbers.
 Passengers are allowed one piece of baggage each. Extra baggage has to be notified  when booking. AQUA TOURISM reserves the right to decline or charge extra for surplus baggage requests. Bicycles or golf trollies which have not been notified on booking will be refused.
 If travelling in a Wheel Chair please inform us if it is collapsable or for further iformation send us an email at info@aquaturizm.com
 If your plane is delayed on arrival then your driver will be notified with a new arrival time as long as we are notified of the delay.
 If your departure flight is delayed or cancelled please inform us by sending an email to info@aquaturizm.com or call us on +90 553 598 84 11. An extra fee may be charged depending on the circumstances of the delay.
 If you holiday has been cancelled please read the cancellation conditions on AQUA TOURISM. It is the responsibility of the customer to get a cancellation confirmation.
 Please inform all time Schedule changes to AQUA TOURISM `via email at least 48 hours prior to transfer date.
 If there is a delay on our behalf due to weather or traffic conditions you will be notified immediately through the contact number you’ve provided, so please make sure it is correct.
 All AQUA TOURISM vehicles are fully insured. All baggage during loading and unloading is the responsibility of the customer.
 AQUA TOURISM reserves the right to refuse service to intoxicated or abusive customers.
 Tipping is left to the discretion of the customer.
 Smoking is not allowed in our vehicles.
